Still Above Water.

Very happy with the quality of submissions I am receiving, and with cutting back on personal rejections, I am still keeping up with reading. That being said, it means at some point I will have to have to send rejections on a lot of decent work. Not looking forward to that. Really think I may have to find funding for Mind Candy 2.
