Folderology

For those that read this, here is a little insight to how I am sorting the stories as the come in. Everything gets downloaded to the New Unread (slush) folder. From there it is either rejected or moved to one of four other folders, depending on how it strikes me.

I am going to need 15 to 20 stories to do the anthology and so far I have 26 that have made it past slush. A few are in folder 4, where I have made suggestions for rewrites, and will look at them again if they are re-submitted. The bulk of the stories are in folders 2 and 3, good and pretty good. I consider the stories in both these folders publishable. But there are just eight so far in folder 1.
